It’s time for another addition of Food + Cannabis.
Before dinner, my lady and I rolled a fat blunt of Jager and toasted to our upcoming feast. Stuff wraps you up like a warm blanket on a cold day. It’s like feeling ten pounds lighter. Needless to say, we didn’t walk up to the door, we floated.I indulged in some pot-stickers (no, they’re not Thai but damn are they delicious) for an appetizer and she ordered the veggie spring rolls. Tasty on all fronts. For entrees we ordered a Pad See Ew with pork, and a Panang Curry. Seriously, you really need to get this in your life. Wide egg noodles with stir fried broccoli and salty pork– it’s all too much. And the Panang curry is a flavorful medley of tomatoes and spices.
We left feeling pleasantly plump. No leftovers.
In next month’s edition I visit Enat Kitchen for some Ethiopian cuisine.
